The upper level includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds that can be joined into a queen-size bed, plus an armchair that converts into a single bed, making this level ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has access to a small private balcony.

The lower level provides additional privacy with a queen-size bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room, creating a self-contained space for families or multi-generational guests.
