The accommodation occupies the upper two floors of the building, while a separate privately owned residence on the lower ground floor is not available for rent, ensuring complete privacy.

The main level features a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, with natural light flooding the interiors and access to a furnished terrace, perfect for morning coffee, remote work, or leisurely meals. A guest WC and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom complete this floor.

The upper level includes two additional bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a furnished terrace where guests can enjoy inspiring views throughout the day.
