Rates & Inclusions

• All rates are quoted in Euro (€) per night, per unit.

• Rates include:

  • Welcome basket with mineral water and local products

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access

  • Housekeeping every 4 days (including change of linens and towels)

  • Porterage, concierge, check-in/check-out services

  • Property Manager on call

• Published rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Housekeeping & Additional Services

• Standard housekeeping is provided every 4 days.

• Additional services available upon request (subject to availability and extra charges):

• Extra housekeeping

• Breakfast

• Private chef

• Babysitting

• Transfers

• In-suite spa treatments

• Laundry services

Children & Baby Equipment

• Children are welcome.

• A complimentary baby crib (0–2 years old) is available upon request and subject to availability.

Events & Gatherings

• Special occasions (e.g. weddings, receptions, reunions) must be communicated in advance.

• Additional fees may apply.

Property Access & Maintenance

• The Property Manager may enter the property during daylight hours for inspections.

• Housekeeping and maintenance staff may access the property at pre-agreed times.

• External contractors (e.g. for repairs) are not permitted without coordination with the Property Manager.

Pets

• Pets are allowed only with prior notice and approval from property management.

Guest Responsibilities

• Keep the property and its furniture in good order.

• No removal, addition, or rearrangement of furniture without prior approval.

• Guests are responsible for:

  • Replacement of damaged or missing items

  • Repairs of any damage caused during their stay

Environmental Considerations

• Please conserve water – it is a limited resource on the Greek islands.

• Turn off lights, fans, appliances, and air conditioners when not in use to save energy.

Security & Lost Keys

• • Lost keys will incur a €250 replacement charge, as it requires full lock and master key replacement.
