Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Confirmation

  • A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Failure to pay the deposit as agreed grants us the right to cancel the reservation and this agreement without any liability.

  • The requested property will be held for a maximum of 24 hours pending deposit payment.

 

Refund Policy

  • Full refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.

  • 50% charge: Cancellations, no-shows, or date changes made between 30 and 14 days before check-in.

  • 100% charge: Cancellations, no-shows, or date changes made less than 14 days before check-in.

  • Date changes within the cancellation period are treated as cancellations and re-bookings, and are subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

  • No refunds for:

    • Early departures

    • Unused nights

    • Optional third-party services (e.g., chef, transfers, babysitting) canceled less than 48 hours in advance

 

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of 20% of the total stay is payable in cash upon check-in.

  • This deposit is refunded at check-out, provided no damages have occurred.

  • The deposit amount may increase depending on the length of the stay.

 

Cancellations Process

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@somnioestate.com.

  • Cancellations are considered valid only after written acknowledgment from our team.

 

Force Majeure

  • In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, pandemics, war), either party may cancel without penalty.

  • Any payments made will be refunded, minus any irrecoverable third-party costs or bank fees.
