The property consists of a main house and two independent studios. The main house includes two bedrooms , one with a king-size bed and one with a queen-size bed , both with en-suite bathrooms, alongside a bright open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Each of the two studios features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms provide direct access to the pool and are designed with soft tones, natural materials, and large windows that fill the interiors with natural light, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.

Oliva is fully equipped for digital nomads and remote professionals. High-speed Starlink internet and PC screens allow seamless productivity while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Aegean.
