Villa Casa Olea is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Piso Livadi, Paros, offering a perfect blend of vibrant island life and serene privacy. The villa features a private swimming pool, elegant outdoor lounging areas, shaded dining under a pergola, a BBQ space, and a small indoor gym for light workouts. Casa Olea is divided into two independent houses, ideal for families or groups seeking both privacy and togetherness.

The Main House includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious living room, guest WC, and three bedrooms with queen-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, private balconies, and sea views. An elevator provides seamless access between floors. The Guest House offers a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a loft area with two single beds for additional sleeping space.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy sun-beds, shaded lounge areas, panoramic sea views, and the private pool. The villa also provides private parking and outdoor security cameras for safety and peace of mind. Golden Beach, perfect for water sports, and the natural clay of Kalogeros Beach are a short drive away, while the cosmopolitan town of Naoussa is reachable in 20 minutes.
